Quinn's Auction Galleries presents a Washington DC Area home online only auction. This sale Featuring The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, and Pink Floyd, this auction offers approximately 290 lots of vinyl records organized into grouped lots by artist, genre, and theme. The selection spans classic rock, pop, jazz, blues, and related categories. Additional artists include David Bowie, The Doors, Jefferson Airplane, Simon & Garfunkel, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Joni Mitchell, Muddy Waters, Wes Montgomery. Lots are primarily multi-record groupings, mostly 12-inch LPs, including a mix of earlier pressings and later issues. Overall condition is above average, with many records appearing lightly played and showing only minor wear consistent with age and storage.

The Illinois State Society was, founded in 1854 as the Illinois Democratic Club of Washington D.C. to foster social, friendly, and fraternal spirit. After Abraham Lincoln was elected, the name was changed to the Republican Club. The name changed several times until 1890, when it became known as the Illinois State Society of Washington, D.C. The Society was incorporated as a non-profit organization in the District of Columbia in 1954 and is a founding member of the National Conference of State Societies, which was incorporated by an act of Congress.
