New Pick Up Policy

WE HAVE A NEW PICK-UP PROCESS DUE TO COVID-19.

YOU WILL NOT ENTER THE GALLERY NOR WILL YOU PICK UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.  
YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP THROUGH RASMUS FOR OUR WEEKLY AUCTIONS, OR SIGN UP GENIUS FOR OUR CATALOG AUCTIONS.

We will be sending online payment links for credit card payments if you wish to pay online. If you do not receive it, email lori.taylor@quinnsauction.com
You must pay online through this medium if you are making a credit card payment.
PLEASE NOTE: The credit card link WILL be a separate email from your invoice.

NO CASH PAYMENT AT THIS TIME. CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED. Please have your payment ready prior to arrival. 

-PICK UP PROCEDURE-

  • Upon arrival at Quinn’s, please wait outside at the designated area, we will take your name, appointment time, and order/invoice information.
  • Once we have gathered your items, we will bring them OUTSIDE and you will be able to pack them yourself.
  • Please insure that you bring enough helpers to move any large furniture, as we will NOT move these items for you.
  • While you are packing up your purchases, our staff will process your payment if necessary.
  • Please bring your own packing materials and supplies.
  • If you are picking up furniture or other large items, we will direct you to the appropriate pick-up location.
  • Please do not park at the side entrance or loading dock, unless you have been instructed to by Quinn’s Staff.

This is a fluid process, and we will update you with any changes to the process.
